Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh. Welcome to Al-Barakah Welfare Trust Australia. The mission of the Trust is to please Allah, the creator of the Universe, by promoting Islamic activities for the benefit of its adherents and humanity in general in light of the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). One of its major roles is to promote and encourage knowledge and understanding of Islam and to build positive relationships with people of all faiths.

Membership declaration

I hereby acknowledge and accept my membership in AL-BARAKAH WELFARE TRUST AUSTRALIA (ABN 62 572 520 885) (“the Trust”), subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Trust’s Deed dated 17 June 2009, and any subsequent Deeds of Variation. I understand that my membership is governed by the following restrictions with regard to voting:

Probationary Period

I acknowledge and agree to being subject to a probationary period of two (2) consecutive years commencing from the date my name is formally entered into the register of members of the Trust (“Probationary Period”). During this Probationary Period, I will not be eligible to vote at any annual general meeting, special general meeting, or other matter, event, or circumstance where voting rights are exercised.

Voting Eligibility

I acknowledge and agree that upon the successful completion of the Probationary Period, I will become automatically eligible to vote at any annual general meeting, special general meeting, or other matter, event, or circumstance where voting rights are exercised.

I hereby declare that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions mentioned above.
